- Jason Hughes returned behind the wheel of the Shannon Scott owned #4 Super Late Model on Friday night for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned program at Batesville Motor Speedway (Batesville, Arkansas). In a field of 26 cars, Hughes secured his spot into the opening night feature with a heat race victory. Starting in 3rd, Jason held his spot for all 30 laps to place 3rd behind Hunter Rasdon and Jack Sullivan with Joe Gorby and Billy Moyer Jr. completing the Top-5 finishers. 

The following night at Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri) for the $3,000 top prize, Jason ran into mechanical issues in his heat race that prevented him from finishing. Starting on the tail of his B-Main for another shot at the feature, Hughes came up one spot short with a 4th place finish.

Friday night found Jason Hughes in action at I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Nebraska) for the 8th annual Imperial Tile Silver Dollar Nationals. Drawing 36 United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) for the two rounds of heat races, Hughes gained two spots in his first heat to place 2nd behind Darron Fuqua. Starting his second heat in 6th, Jason streaked to an 8-lap heat race victory securing his spot into the Moock Trucking Qualifier. Rolling off 2nd, Jason Hughes dropped one spot in the 16-lapper scoring a 3rd place finish.

With his spot already locked into the $8,000-to-win A-Main on Saturday evening, Jason Hughes improved three positions in the 40-lap affair reeling in a 2nd place finish behind Rodney Sanders with Lucas Schott, Zack VanderBeek, and Stormy Scott completing the Top-5 finishers.
